Myth: When is employed a good excuse to put go to the gym.
Fact: If you put going to the gym, because “I do not have enough time today … tomorrow I’m going” … tomorrow will almost certainly be just as hectic. Life is the meetings, deadlines, dates, dinners, school grandsons days, e-mail, reports in full … The list is endless.

Health waits for no one
